Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cash Pulse application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cash Pulse ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Cash Pulse provides daily cash flow projections, balance forecasting, and financial alerts by connecting to your bank accounts through Plaid. The Service is designed to help you visualize your future cash position and avoid overdrafts.

3. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Terms

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Billing

After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable monthly or annual rate. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Plaid Integration

To use Cash Pulse, you must connect at least one bank account through Plaid Inc. By doing so, you authorize Plaid to access your financial data on our behalf. Your use of Plaid is also subject to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. We receive read-only access to your account data; we cannot initiate transactions or move funds.

6. Disclaimer

Cash Pulse is not a financial advisor, bank, or licensed financial institution. The projections, alerts, and information provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. You should not rely solely on Cash Pulse for financial decisions. Projections are estimates based on historical patterns and may not reflect actual future balances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Pulse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at legal@cashpulse.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
